Join this group to see how others are answering these questions, learn what others are doing to keep busy, learn new skills from group participants, and share your ideas. I will also provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to manage thoughts causing excessive worry and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to manage anxiety and low moods.
